ALEXINDO CRC plant product Cold Rolled Full Hard Sheet and Coil, targeting general construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors. Our capacity is 360,000 MT /annum; equipped with Automatic Gauge Control / AGC and Automatic Flatness Control / AFC. to ensure excellent thickness accuracy and flatness, in addition to our brand new tension leveling line.
Cold Rolled Full Hard Steel is the source of Galvanized and Galvalume Coils. Its derivatives are widely useful to various instances such as Multi-storey Buildings, Commercial Offices, Housing, Industrial formed works / Roofing and Customized Products.

GALVALUME
“ALEXINDO GAL” or called “GALVALEX”, is a product made with latest technology of Nippon Sumikin Continuous Galvanizing (Galvalume) Line. With a capacity of the line is 170.000 tons per year, capable of handling thickness ranging from 0.20 mm to 1.00 mm, with a coating thickness of AZ50 to AZ 150, able to process materials with soft grade G250, G300, and high-tensile grade G550.
The technology adopts a Non Oxidizing Furnace (NOF) for strong adhesion of Al-Zn and the possibility for up to Zero-T bending. It also has an in-line Skinpass Mill (SPM) for excellent flatness of the strip as well as uniform resin coating to prevent scuff marks and fingerprints, promoting a smooth and clean finish.

GALVALUME COLOR
ALEXINDO GAL COLOR provides a Product wide range of standard and customized colors, as well as various paint base to suit various requirements. We provide Polyester (PE) and Polyurethane (PU) based paints which are widely used in the regular market, and a Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) coating is also available to serve the high end market that requires high gloss and high resistance to solvents, acids and hydrocarbons.
The capacity Product of the line is 100.000 tons/year, equipped with a reversing mechanism. Capable of handling thickness from 0.20 mm up to 1.20 mm on both soft and high-tensile grade.

GALVANIZED STEEL
ALEXINDO GALVANIZED STEEL is produced through a Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL) to ensure consistent quality and reliable corrosion protection. The line processes material widths of 762–1219 mm and thicknesses of 0.20–1.00 mm, meeting SNI 2053:2024 standards for grades Bj LS G300 to G550. Products are available in coil weights of 3–15 tons with a 508 mm coil ID.
The galvanizing process applies Z 08 – Z 27 coating weights with chromated chemical treatment for enhanced durability. Both minimized and regular spangle options are available. A dry surface finish ensures clean handling, and all coils are delivered with standard packing to maintain quality during transport and storage.

HRPO
Hot Rolled Pickled and Oiled (HRPO) steel is hot-rolled steel that has undergone an acid-cleaning process (pickling) to remove surface scale and rust, followed by an oil coating to prevent future corrosion. This treatment creates a cleaner surface with improved formability, making it a more versatile and cost-effective alternative to cold-rolled steel for applications like automotive parts, construction, and painting.
